I just stumbled across "The Pretender" for the first time a couple months ago on TNT. At first I was totally confused as to what exactly Jarod was, but I soon fell in love with this show! And Sydney is so great! He makes me think of a loveable uncle. Sydney adds so much to the show that it wouldn't be nearly as good without him. I especially loved the episode where Sydney's son found out the truth about his father. I loved the last scene between Sydney and Jarod where Sydney asked Jarod who taught him to tie a tie. I seriously hope they come out with some more tv movies for "The Pretender!" Great job Patrick, you're a really talented actor! |

"Hello Sydney". Hehe, how many times have we heard that now-classic line in The Pretender? I must you are the perfect man for the role, and though I haven't had the chance to see you in any previous roles, I did see you in 'The Cell' and despite your small role, you were still great as ever. I really hope your passion for continuing The Pretender series won't dim, because it seems like Tp is finally going to end with a 3rd movie. Perhaps if the cast and crew rally together (along with the fans) we might get more movies, or even another series! It's just that I get the feeling the show is ending before its time, and perhaps we should do something to extend its lifespan. I mean X-Files lasted 9 seasons for heaven's sake! Pretender should last longer than 4 and a handful of movies! Anyway, they're just my thoughts, wish u all the best in your future endeavours. V. |

Dag, Patrick Je suis une fan inconditionnelle de votre série. Elle est géniale et tous les acteurs aussi. A quand les nouveaux épisodes dans notre plat pays? All I can say is; Patrick, you are a wonderful and gifted actor. You were terrific in "The Monte Carlo Murders" on "Murder, She Wrote" You are perfect as Sydney on Pretender.
